Acceptance of Orders:

The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. We, "Channel Island Sail," reserve the right to limit any item’s order quantity and refuse service to any customer without prior notification. We may require verification of information before accepting an order. By placing a credit card order, you permit us to contact your bank to verify your name and address.

Shipping Term's:

All receiver's are obligated to full-fill the following requirements at the time of delivery:

1. Present Identification:

The receiver will be required to present identification to the delivery driver. Acceptable forms of Identification include: Driver's License, State Identification, and Student Identification.

2. Provide Signature(s):

The receiver will be required to provide multiple signatures once the driver has confirmed your identity.

 

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges:

Parts & Accessories

Any parts, and/or accessories are subject to a "30 Day Refund Policy." Any order that is returned within the 30 day refund period will have the following options:

1. Refund: 

A refund will be issued for the original amount of the order.

2. Exchange:

The item being returned will be exchanged at no additional cost to the customer. Please note that this option may not always be available.

Boats, Kayaks, Trailers, Motors

The only instance where these products are returnable is at time of delivery. The receiver will have the option to Refuse Delivery for any reason. This includes Damaged Orders, Wrong Product received, any reason at all. 

Financing :

"Channel Island Sail," does not offer direct financing or loans at this time. Any financing will be exclusively handled by one of the banks, lenders, or finance partner's that accept a customer's finance application. "Channel Island Sail," cannot influence any decisions made as a result of any financing applications submitted on our website. In addition, "Channel Island Sail." does not have access to any of the information provided through any finance applications that are submitted through our website. Any finance application provided on "Channel Island Sail'," website is provided by third party financing services. Any finance application that is provided on our website is strictly for the purpose of assisting our customer's with finding a lender. No personal information provided through any financing application will be kept by "Channel Island Sail." 

Any legal entity that is requesting information may contact our Legal Department through E-Mail and/or Phone.

Customer's may obtain financing through a lender of their choice. The following information may be required to be provided during the application process or during the underwriting process:

Accurate Information:

The customer is required to provide accurate information on any financing application that is conducted through our website. It is the customers responsibility to provide any information requested through a financing application. Any false information provided, or attempts at commiting fraud and/or identity theft will be prosecuted. Any application suspected of fraud and/or identity theft will be provided to the proper authorities for further investigation. Any information requested by authorities provided through our website will be handled by the third party entity that received the information. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION (for banks, lenders, lease agencies)

Any bank, lender, or leasing agency that receives finance requests from our website is responsible for keeping record of any and all information provided through the finance application process. It is the bank, lender, and/or financing agencies responsibilty to maintain full compliance when handling any information obtained through our website. "Channel Island Sail," reserves the right to refuse to submit information provided by our customer's for any reason to any specific bank, lender, or finance agency. 

In the event "Channel Island Sail," decides to refuse to submit information to any of the banks, lenders, or financing agencies for any reason, the entity in question will be formally notified by our legal department.

Canceled Order's:

Any order that is canceled while shipping is in progress, and/or an order that includes "Free Shipping," will make the customer responsible for 100% of any shipping related fee's. Refunds will be issued once the order has been returned to one of the "Channel Island Sail," locations. Any shipping related fee's will be deducted prior to issuing a refund.

Additional Receiver's

If the original customer may not be present at time of delivery, please contact us by E-Mail or Phone in order to add additional receiver's to the shipping document's. The following information will be required in order to add any additional receiver's to the order:

1. Full Name

Legal Requests:

Any requests or notifications related specifically for "Channel Island Sail," are required to be submitted to our assigned "Registered Agent."

Important Notice:

Any legal requests that are submitted to any department, or employee aside from Channek Island Sail' "Registered Agent," will be immediately discarded, and disregarded. It is the attorney, legal entities responsibility to comply in accordance to the law.
